eCatechist.com is a blogzine (an online magazine in blog format) providing ideas, inspiration, resources, and teaching and learning strategies for catechists, and diocesan and parish leaders who are responsible for the ongoing education and certification of catechists.

With more than 500,000 (more than 80% are women) volunteers who serve as catechists of children, youth, adults and families in the 18,000 parishes in the United States, the need for catechetical resources is great.

eCatechist.com serves to fill that need by acting as a portal that connects catechists to original and creative articles, artwork, blog posts, websites, books, and other people in the catechetical world.
